About Me
I received my bachelors in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona then received my master with in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have had the opportunity to provide therapy in a variety of clinical setting but spent a majority of my experience in private practice and public high schools.
I have worked with numerous presenting issues including but not limited to: postpartum depression and anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, life transitions, trauma, and family/couples issues; I am also trained in EMDR.
I use a mix of person centered and evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed care to create a supportive space for healing and growth. My style is relaxed yet goal-focused and tailored to your needs.

I am incredibly passionate about working with new and expecting mothers and all the changes that come with this season of life. I also enjoy working with teens/young adults and being able to work along side them through the many transitions of adolescence into adult hood.
