You can choose between in-person or online sessions, whatever feels most comfortable for you! We provide a plethora of supportive services in order to fit your unique needs. We provide teen and individual therapy, family therapy, EMDR therapy (originally used to treat trauma), and perinatal/maternal mental health support.

Teen Therapy

We know the one thing that is constant in adolescence is change. Attempting to navigate the complexities of the world as a teen can be overwhelming. We offer a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where teens can safely explore and express their emotions, address difficulties at school, home, or with peers, and build healthy coping skills to support them now and into the future.

Individual Therapy

You may be in a season of life where you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burdened by stress—whether it’s rooted in the past, present, or worries about the future. At some point, we all face challenges that feel too heavy to carry alone. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with depression or anxiety, or working to break free from unhealthy patterns, we're here to support you. Together, we’ll explore the root of these issues and develop practical strategies for healing and growth. We are passionate about helping each client overcome their current obstacles and move toward their full potential.

EMDR Therapy

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based approach used to treat trauma. EMDR seems to aid in processing traumatic or painful memories that feel "stuck" in your brain, thus allowing you to heal from painful past memories. Ongoing research supports the use of EMDR therapy as an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction, and more.​

Couples & Family Therapy

Healthy relationships are essential to our emotional and mental well-being. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, adjusting to life transitions, or simply looking to strengthen your connection, we offer a supportive space for meaningful connection and positive change. I work collaboratively with you to enhance communication, overcome challenges, and build stronger, more balanced relationships so that each person feels heard, valued, and empowered.

Perinatal/Maternal
Mental Health

The perinatal and postpartum periods bring a wide range of challenges and changes, both emotional and physical. Becoming a new mom is a unique journey filled with moments of joy, uncertainty, and sometimes deep emotional struggle. Hormonal fluctuations can lead to a wide spectrum of emotions, from happiness to anxiety, and even symptoms of depression. It's no surprise that mood and anxiety disorders are common during this time. If you find yourself in this season of life, I would be honored to support you through it.
