Teen Therapy

We know the one thing that is constant in adolescence is change. Attempting to navigate the complexities of the world as a teen can be overwhelming. We offer a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where teens can safely explore and express their emotions, address difficulties at school, home, or with peers, and build healthy coping skills to support them now and into the future.

Perinatal/Maternal
Mental Health

The perinatal and postpartum periods bring a wide range of challenges and changes, both emotional and physical. Becoming a new mom is a unique journey filled with moments of joy, uncertainty, and sometimes deep emotional struggle. Hormonal fluctuations can lead to a wide spectrum of emotions, from happiness to anxiety, and even symptoms of depression. It's no surprise that mood and anxiety disorders are common during this time. If you find yourself in this season of life, I would be honored to support you through it.

EMDR Therapy

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based approach used to treat trauma. EMDR seems to aid in processing traumatic or painful memories that feel "stuck" in your brain, thus allowing you to heal from painful past memories. Ongoing research supports the use of EMDR therapy as an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction, and more.
