Session Fees

Teen/individual therapy (50 MIN): $200
Family/couples therapy (50 MIN): $225
EMDR (50 MIN): $215
Supplemental documentation (per 30 min): $65

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled session time or they will be responsible for a fee of $75 for the missed session.

Insurance

We are in network with the following providers:

Optum
Anthem

We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies and we can provide you with a superbill for services rendered, Which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that we do have limited availability, which means that you may be added to a waiting list. The wait is approximately 1-2 months.

Payment

Cash, check, and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment. Please make checks out to "Pacific Coast Therapy and Family Counseling." All payments are due at the time of your session. We do offer sliding scale pricing to a limited number of clients based on financial need.
