Kerstin Hutchings, LMFT #141795
My style is relaxed yet goal-focused. It is important to me that my clients feel that therapy is collaborative and have a say in the treatment process. I use a mix of person centered and evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed care to create a supportive space for healing and growth.
I am incredibly passionate about working with new and expecting mothers and all the changes that come with this season of life. I also enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults; I spend part of my time serving as a high school therapist, which keeps me closely connected to the unique challenges adolescents face today.
Ava Khajehpour, AMFT #158841
I strive to create sessions that are approachable, purposeful, and non-judgmental, where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe that therapy is most effective when you want to be here; it’s a choice, not something that should be forced. I encourage feedback in order to make sessions effective and work at a pace that feels right for you while providing honest guidance.
I use a personalized, evidence-based approach, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and other proven methods to best support each client. I enjoy supporting children, teens, young adults, couples, and families through life changes, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I am also fluent in Farsi. I look forward to working with you!
Natalie Colosimo, AMFT #160731
I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I’m passionate about supporting people navigating anxiety, self-worth challenges, trauma, depression, ADHD, identity exploration, and relationship issues.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to take an active role in the therapeutic process. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate EFT and Gottman methods in my work with couples.
